Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have a no return and no refund policy. No changes or cancellation can be made to the order if it has been processed. Please purchase carefully. 
If your product arrives faulty or damaged during transit, please contact us by email at within 5 business of receiving the item/s.



Effective 20 April 2020, we're temporarily suspending the Express Post guarantee of a refund and replacement envelope or satchel for articles that don’t meet the next business day delivery standard

Express Post is still available, but please note there are significant delays

Our Express Post service will continue to be our fastest postal delivery option for our customers – and we'll continue to prioritise these deliveries. But please be aware that we’re experiencing significant delays, and Express Post parcels could take five business days or more to be delivered.

This change is due to delays to our delivery services caused by the ongoing impacts of the coronavirus pandemic, including:

  • a significant increase in parcels that require manual sorting
  • social distancing measures in place at our facilities, which mean we can’t process items as quickly as usual
  • a significant reduction in the availability of passenger flights – which, in addition to our dedicated overnight airfreight network, also carry our parcels

The temporary removal of the Express Post guarantee is not intended to impact any rights that customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • All Australian regular orders are sent via standard shipping which the rate is calculated based on the delivery address.
  • All Australian express orders are sent via for a flat rate of $15.00
  • Orders made before 2 pm will have same day dispatch. This excludes any public holidays and weekends.
  • You will receive tracking details via email once the product is processed.
PLEASE NOTE: Any duties or additional taxes incurred upon arrival in the destination country is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure you are aware of any local taxes or duties that may apply before placing your order.
  • Either Standard or Express shipping can be selected at checkout
  • Prices will vary depending on location & order size
  • All orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment
  • Tracking numbers are provided via email upon order fulfillment.

Any charges or fees incurred for returned orders due to customer error such as:

  • incorrect address
  • refused/undeliverable orders
  • No access provided
  • Failure to claim or collect parcel within a reasonable time-frame
